5. How do we obtain your personal data?
For the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your personal data when you use any of our services through our website or the means declared by Counterb therein, and without objecting to the processing of your personal data.
6. Personal data that may be collected and processed
The personal data we may collect are: Name, email, age, gender and location, identification numbers, tax identification card, address, date of birth, marital status, website consulted prior to visiting the Counterb website. Likewise, images, audios, sounds and/or videos provided in calls, video calls or communication in general with Counterb. In the same way, we inform you that we do not collect property data considered by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data, nor those considered as sensitive personal data.
Recordings and compilation in general
In compliance with what is indicated in articles 4 and 6 of the Law, Counterb informs you that our virtual sessions may be recorded. The images, audio videos and/or sounds captured during the calls, video calls and/or communications in general with Counterb, will be used solely for informational purposes: to provide advice that covers all the requested points, and also to improve the experience for the user by analyzing the quality of the service provided by our advisors to preserve the character of our services, which is our priority with the client.
For this, the User agrees that Counterb and its partners will have the authorization to make discreet and moderate use of any image, audio, video and/or sound for the purposes described in this notice, even after the contractual link has ended, as long as and when it is in accordance with good customs and morality, unless otherwise decided by the interested party.
Data protection
In the recordings made of the sessions, as well as in the communications in general, it will be sought to protect and safeguard the biometric, audio, video and image data and such may not be used or distributed for any purpose that is not expressly necessary and already described herein. The disclosure, dissemination or duplication will be prohibited, resulting in the impossibility of physical or virtual media having images, audios, images or videos that are part of the sessions without the authorization and consent of those who can grant it, with the exception of the exceptions presented by number 37 of the Law, which are expressed below:
- When it is essential to comply with the maintenance of a legal relationship between the owner and those responsible.
- When it is carried out by a subsidiary, affiliated or controlling company or any other entity or legal person that belongs to the responsible group that is conducted under the same processes and policies.
- When it is a legal requirement for the protection of an interest of a collective, public or general interest, as well as in cases that are essential for the administration and delivery of justice.
- When necessary for the recognition, defense or evidence of a right in a judicial process
- When necessary to diagnose, treat or manage some type of medical care or health service.
7. Transfer of personal data
We undertake not to transfer your personal data to third parties, other than those mentioned above, without your prior consent, except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the Law, as well as to carry out this transfer in the same and other applicable terms. Counterb may disclose your personal data to partners by virtue of the services and products offered, when they need to know them to comply with them, and always subject to the same confidentiality obligations as Counterb.
8. Use of cookies and web beacons
We inform you that on our website we use cookies and web beacons through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an Internet user, to provide you with a better service and experience when browsing our page. 9. ARCO rights and revocation of consent

To process your request, you must attach a copy of your current identification document and show the original for comparison, so that the authentication of the person exercising the ARCO Law can be carried out. In cases where the ARCO Rights are exercised through your legal representative, in addition to proof of the identity of both, you must submit the corresponding power of attorney, power of attorney signed in front of two witnesses or your personal statement. When you want to exercise the right of rectification, you will have to submit the documentation that proves the change requested according to the personal data to be rectified. The response to your request will be carried out within the following 20 working days from the date on which it was received.
10. Veracity of the data provided
The User guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and undertakes to communicate to the person in charge any changes that they notice in order to provide an optimal service and experience.
11. Data retention
The personal data you provide us will be kept confidential for a period of 5 years, in order to safeguard the materiality of the operations and services provided. During the course of this period, Users may request in writing, through the referenced means of communication, that the person in charge send their data to the owners. At the end of the term, the information in our databases will be purged.
If any of the assumptions contemplated in article 10 or 37 of the Law are updated where personal data is compromised or required, they cannot be returned as long as the controversy, procedure is not resolved or there is a final judgment.

We reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, to comply with legislative reforms, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our products and services. To do this, Counterb will notify the user to the email they have provided.
